“Monitor Soft” Ltd, founded in 1993, develops and provides the aeronautical fixed telecommunication systems AFTN, flight navigation services, as well as the systems of fast-acting airport management and air traffic planning.
A little more than 50 high-qualified specialists apply the comprehensive approach for solving the interrelating tasks of communication, navigation and air traffic management automation.
The backbone for the automation process is an aeronautical fixed telecommunication system based on the AFTN message switching centers developed by the enterprise. “Monitor” MSC ensures automatic AFTN message switching by the traditional telegraph circuits as well as by X25 lines, Frame Relay, switching telephone channels, local network, Intranet and Intenet global networks. More than 150 installed message switching centers and 4000 users’ terminals provide with continuous aeronautical fixed telecommunication network operation on the territory of Russian Federation and in the CIS states.
The enterprise developed and implemented system of fast-acting aeronautical servicing and NOTAM information processing provides aircraft crew with on-line data about air navigation environment on a route, thereby ensuring the air space safe use all over the world.
The system of navigator calculations developed by the enterprise specialists is implemented with the purpose of the optimal routing between two airports, as well as for flight vertical profile optimization taking into account the meteorological forecasts and aircraft operational characteristics, log book calculations, taking-off & landing regimes estimations, and determination of available radio navigation aids on a route.
There has been developed the system of terminal maneuvers routing that corresponds to PAN-OPS ICAO requirements. On the base of the above-mentioned system there are prepared materials for their publishing at Russian AIP.
The listed developments are merged into the complex providing air navigation information and airlines & airports briefing servicing that realizes the access to the central data base of the Russian Civil Aviation Air Navigation Information Center by the aeronautical fixed telecommunication networks, INTRANET and INTERNET, and by the data communication channels.
Flight and air traffic scheduled information circling at the ATFN network is used by the air traffic planning systems of the airports and the airlines and by the automated ATC systems. Introduced planning systems allow automation of information processing and control decision making; they also allow to increase the airspace use effectiveness and to optimize the airport and the airlines resources use.
The information support system of aeronautical units exploitation ‘TRIADA+” is intended for logistic support of the units life cycle. The system gives the opportunity for automation of the following processes: the main passport data maintenance, aircraft resources and life length estimation, aircraft service life and the systems availability control, bulletins control and accounting, one-time testing realization control, aircraft technical maintenance instructions preparation, planning of the necessity of the units as the resources work out, various requires, reports and claims generation.
Presently the enterprise engages in development of the new-generation aeronautical telecommunication service equipment such as message switching center meeting ATN ICAO requirements, i.e. introduction of the AMHS application intended for significant extend of the up-to-date aeronautical fixed telecommunication network possibilities.
The specialists of the enterprise draw attention to the development of air navigation servicing complex. The nearest perspective is development of the new-generation systems on the base of AIXM and E-NOTAM technologies.
Development of the perspective planning system fulfilling 4-D navigation and G2G concepts is aimed forwards the further effectiveness increase whilst the airspace safe use. Nowadays, this system modeling is performed by the enterprise specialists.
Experience in creation of above-mentioned systems and the existing reserves allow to develop the complicated hard- software complexes at various areas at the earliest possible date.
